Kuwait National Guard Undersecretary with the German Military Attache to Kuwait
KUWAIT, Nov 10 (KUNA) -- Kuwait National Guard (KNG) Undersecretary Lieutenant General Hamad Al-Barjas discussed on Monday with the German Military Attache to Kuwait Lieutenant Colonel Ronald Bayer a number of issues of mutual interest.
