KUWAIT, Nov 5 (KUNA) -- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Sabah received on Wednesday the visiting Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Ioannis Tsakiris.
