Saudi FM meets with Syrian, Egyptian, Algerian counterparts

JEDDAH, Aug 25 (KUNA) -- Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met separately on Monday with his Syrian, Egyptian and Algerian counterparts Asaad Al-Shaibani, Badr Abdelatty, and Ahmad Attaf respectively.
The meetings took place on the sidelines of the 21st Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states in Jeddah.
During the meetings, the ministers discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation between their countries.
They also addressed the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and efforts to support regional security and stability, focusing on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and their political and security implications. (pickup previous) fn.bb
