KUWAIT, Aug 6 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations on Wednesday to the President of Bolivia, Luis Alberto Arce Catacora, on his country's national day.
