CAIRO, July 15 (KUNA) -- Egyptian media reported that Egyptian-Qatari-Israeli occupation meetings are being held in Cairo to discuss the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza, the evacuation of patients, and the return of stranded individuals.
Cairo News Channel stated on Tuesday that the two-day meetings are part of Egypt's ongoing efforts to reach a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
The channel noted that progress has been made, with agreement on several humanitarian issues related to the proposed ceasefire.
It added that the meetings are part of Egypt's efforts to overcome deal obstacles and its commitment to ensuring that appropriate aid reaches the residents of the Gaza Strip. (end)
