Lebanon's Prime Minister with visiting Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister
BEIRUT, July 14 (KUNA) -- Lebanon's Prime Minister Nawaf Salam held talks on Monday with visiting Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah, focusing on bilateral relations and efforts to bolster cooperation.
Highlighting the depth of bilateral ties, the Lebanese prime minister and the Kuwaiti official, who arrived in the Lebanese capital on Sunday for an official visit, also discussed matters of common concern, primarily dealing with security and economic cooperation.
The talks come as part of Kuwaiti efforts to bolster bilateral relations with Beirut, underlining Kuwait's backing for all measures taken by Lebanon to protect its stability and security. (pickup previous)
