KUWAIT, July 10 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent Thursday a congratulatory cable to Governor-General of the Bahamas Cynthia Pratt, on occasion of the country's Independence Day.
