KUWAIT, July 6 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a congratulatory cable, Sunday, to the President of the Malawi Lazarus Chakwera, on his country's Independence Day.
