KUWAIT, May 30 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the President of Croatia Zoran Milanovic expressing his sincere congratulations on the Statehood Day anniversary.
