KUWAIT, April 24 (KUNA) -- Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace on Thursday French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot and the accompanying delegation.
The French Minister handed Sheikh Fahad Al-Saud a letter on bilateral ties addressed to His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah from French counterpart Francois Bayrou.
Head of His Highness the Prime Minister Diwan Abdulaziz Al-Dakheel, Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya, Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of State for Municipality Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Abdullatif Al-Meshari, Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic and Investment Affairs Noura Al-Fassam, and Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy Dr. Sabeeh Al-Mukhaizeem, Managing Director for the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) Sheikh Saoud Salem Al-Sabah, and French Ambassador to Kuwait Olivier Gauvin were present at the reception.
