Egypt, UAE leaders discuss closer coop.

CAIRO, March 22 (KUNA) -- Egyptian President Abdelfattah Al-Sisi and his visiting UAE counterpart Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Saturday tackled ways of promoting bilateral cooperation in various fields in a way that fulfills the aspirations of the Egyptian and UAE peoples.
This came during a meeting between both leaders on the sidelines of the UAE president's visit to Cairo, Spokesman for the Egyptian Presidency Ambassador Mohammad Al-Shennawy said in a press statement.
He added that the visit comes in the context of fraternal close relations between both leaders.
The UAE president underlined the historical relations between Cairo and Abu Dhabi, pointing out his country's eagerness to promote bilateral ties. (end) aff.mt
