GCC welcomes peace agreement between Armenia, Azerbaijan

RIYADH, March 15 (KUNA) -- Jassem Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of the GCC, welcomed on Saturday for the completion of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, leading to a peace agreement.
According a GCC statement, he wished that this agreement would represent a new phase in building strong relations based on cooperation and mutual respect, characterised by security and stability between the two friendly countries. (end) kns.gta
