CAIRO, March 15 (KUNA) -- The Arab League welcomed on Saturday the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, considering it a necessary step towards ending the conflict between the two countries and achieving lasting peace in the Caucasus region.
The General Secretariat of the Arab League expressed in a statement its full support for this agreement, stressing that diplomatic dialogue is the only solution to this long dispute. (end)
