Kuwait welcomes agreement to integrate civil, military institutions in northeastern Syria

KUWAIT, March 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its support on Tuesday for an agreement integrating all civil and military institutions in northeastern Syria under the administration of the Syrian state.
The ministry described the agreement as a significant step toward rebuilding state institutions and enhancing security and stability in the Syrian Arab Republic.
