MANAMA, Dec 7 (KUNA) -- Bahraini Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa met with Kuwait's Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya and his accompanying delegation on Saturday.
Al-Yahya, who is visiting Bahrain to partake in Manama Dialogue, conveyed greetings of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa and Crown Prince as well as the Bahraini people, Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
During the meeting, sisterly bonds and deep-rooted historic relations between the two countries and their nations were discussed.
The gathering also stressed reciprocal keenness on continued development of joint action and pushing for further integration in a manner that contributes to meeting mutual aspirations, and serving the two countries and their sisterly peoples, it noted.
In addition, the latest developments on regional and international arenas, as well as issues of mutual concern were touched upon during the meeting, the statement concluded.
