RAMALLAH, Dec 6 (KUNA) -- Israeli occupying forces broke into the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, and detained some of those who were lucky to be there, according to Palestinian media reports.
Israeli occupying forces blew up a residential block near the Kamal Adwan Hospital, leaving several civilians killed and others injured, and forced out the medical staff and patients to leave, reported the Palestinian News Agency.
Kamal Adwan Hospital has been under a strict siege by Israeli occupation forces for nearly two months now, blocking the delivery of medicine, food, medical staff and ambulances.
The Israeli occupation has been waging the worst aggression ever on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, which resulted in the killing of over 44,000 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of more than 100,000 others.
Thousands of Palestinian victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them. (end) nq.mt
