KUWAIT, Oct 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received the Lebanese embassy's charge d'affairs in Kuwait Ahmad Arafa on Tuesday.
