KUWAIT, July 5 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Friday a cable of congratulations to President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro on his country's Independence Day.
