KUWAIT, April 17 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a congratulatory cable to the newly elected Slovakian President Peter Pellegrini on winning the presidential elections.
