KUWAIT, March 11 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations to Asif Ali Zardari, President of Pakistan, on assuming top office and taking the oath.
