KUWAIT, Jan 28 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable to King Charles III, the Monarch of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland, expressing his hope for a speedy recovery following his admission to the hospital due to a setback and routine check-up.
