Kuwaiti photographer wins second place ARCO award for best picture

KUWAIT, June 6 (KUNA) -- The Arab Red Crescent and the Red Cross Organization (ARCO) announced in its 47th session in the Qatari capital of Doha on Tuesday that the photographer of Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) Adnan Al-Nouh won second place for best picture in the organization's photography award.
