Palestinians call on world for justice on 56th Naksa anniv.

RAMALLAH, June 5 (KUNA) -- The National Council of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) called on the international community to bring justice and end the fascist Israeli occupation, which it described as a "black point in the history of humanity".
In a statement, on the 56th anniversary of Al-Naksa, the council urged the world to support the right of Palestinian people in gaining their independence and their legitimate rights guaranteed by all international laws and agreements.
The statement added, "This painful memory comes as our cause is going through dangerous turns of Israeli state terrorism and a racist fascist government that commits the most heinous crimes and violations against our people, our land and our sanctities, including daily incursions and Judaization of the city of Jerusalem and separating it from its Palestinian surroundings, as well as the suffering of prisoners and the unjust siege on our people in the Gaza Strip," according to Palestine News Agency (WAFA).
Palestinian legitimate struggle and resistance will continue until defeating the occupation, achieving freedom and establishing an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, stressed the council.
June 5 marks the 56th anniversary of the Israeli occupation (Al-Naksa), which is the name given to the completion of the occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip as well as Sinai and the Syrian Golan Heights after the six-day War in 1967. (end) nq.seo
