Kuwait Deputy FM receives outgoing Chad amb.

KUWAIT, March 16 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi received on Thursday at the Ministry's headquarters, outgoing Ambassador of Chad to Kuwait Abdulrahman Bashir Brima.
