KUWAIT, Feb 2 (KUNA) --

1971 -- Seventh Kuwaiti cabinet was formed under Premiership of Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The formation consisted of 13 ministers including two MPs. The cabinet continued its duties until the end of the legislative term on February eighth, 1975.
2003 -- The Constitutional Court stated that the National Assembly (parliament) would retain its four-year constitutional term and that the 60 days of its renewal, ahead of the end of its term, were set for election.
2010 -- The National Assembly passed a draft law authorizing the Capital Market Authority.
2017 -- Kuwait handed UNRWA a donation of USD two million.
2017 -- Kuwait won an international shooting championship named after the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah by bagging 21 various medals. (end) gta
