Palestinian Presidency describes Israeli aggression in Jenin as "massacre"

RAMALLAH, Jan 26 (KUNA) -- The Palestinian Presidency described what is happening in Jenin today as a massacre carried out by the Israeli occupation government in light of "suspicious" international silence.
In a press statement, the presidency spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said that the international silence is encouraging the occupation government to commit massacres against the Palestinian people.
In turn, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates stressed in a statement that it is mobilizing its embassies around the world to expose the crimes of the occupation in Jenin, demanding urgent international intervention to stop the aggression.
Earlier today, four Palestinians were killed and scores of others injured during an Israeli troops aggression on the Jenin camp, north of the West Bank. (end) nq.aa
