KUWAIT, Dec 9 (KUNA) -- Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Friday sent a cable of thanks to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
In the cable, His Highness thanked the Saudi king for warm welcome and hospitality he was accorded during the two Arab-Chinese and Gulf-Chinese summits as well as the 43rd session of the GCC, held in Riyadh, reflecting deep fraternal and historical bonds between both countries and their peoples.
His Highness the Amir's Representative also voiced appreciation for the kingdom's great efforts and accurate organization and distinguished arrangements, which reflected its prestigious position and pioneering role at both regional and international levels.
His Highness the Amir's Representative hoped that the resolutions and recommendations of these conferences would lead to promoting Arab-Chinese strategic partnership and developing joint cooperation to serve their mutual interests amid the challenges the region is facing. (end)
