MADRID, Dec 7 (KUNA) -- At least 50 people were injured Wednesday when a train ran into the back of another at a station near Barcelona, the state-run television reported.
Many of the injured were treated at the scene and some at nearby hospitals, the television said.
The accident is the third of its kind to take place in Catalonia this year. Last April, a person died and 86 others were injured in a train accident and in a similar accident in June, 30 people were injured. (end)
