Magnitude 3 earthquake hits Kuwait

KUWAIT, Dec 5 (KUNA) -- An earthquake measuring three degrees on the Richter Scale rocked Kuwait's southwestern Al-Manaqeesh area on Monday, according to the Kuwait National Seismic Network (KNSN).
The tremor took place at 10.51 am local time and at a depth of eight kilometers, the network said in a press statement. (end) ays.mt
