Israeli Air forces strike sites in southern Gaza Strip

GAZA, Dec 4 (KUNA) -- Israeli warplanes launched, Sunday, a series of strikes on several sites in the southern Gaza Strip, leading to collateral damage and injuries among Palestinians.
Witnesses told KUNA that the Israeli airstrikes targeted a site west of Khan Yunis City with two missiles as well as farmland in Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.
The strikes led to fires that damaged nearby Palestinian properties, according to the Palestinian news Agency.
The situation in the Gaza Strip turned tense last night after the Israeli occupation army announced that it had monitored a missile fired from the Gaza Strip, which landed on an open area inside occupied Palestinian territories.
No Palestinian faction has claimed responsibility for firing rockets at settlements near Gaza. (end) wb.seo
