KUWAIT, Nov 24 (KUNA) -- The five-time champion Brazil commenced Thursday their jounery in pursuit for a new title with a 2-0 win over Serbia in the Group G opener of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 at Lusail Stadium.
Brazil's striker Richarlison scored the two goals, including one acrobatic, in the 62nd and 73rd minutes.
With this result, Brazil and Switzerland topped the Group G with three points each and Serbia and Cameron stayed at the bottom without points. (end) my.tab.ibi
