WASHINGTON, Nov 21 (KUNA) -- The State of Kuwait Ambassador to the US Jassem Al-Bedaiwi on Monday heaped praise UPON the "fatherly gesture" by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, increasing financial allotments for the Kuwaiti students studying abroad by 50 percent effective April 1.
He said in a statement to KUNA that the relevant instructions by the prime minister reflected the political leadership great care for supporting the youth, noting that the prime minister sensed the needs of the students abroad in the shadow of mounting prices of commodities and the cost of living.
