AMMAN, Nov 19 (KUNA) -- Israeli warplanes carried out attacks on central and coastal regions in Syria killing four troops, the official Syrian news agency SANA said early on Saturday.
SANA said that the the warplanes carried out the strikes from above the sea, across Banyas, targeting central and coastal regions.
The Syrian air defenses confronted the "aggression that resulted in the martyrdom of four troops and the injury of others and inflicted damage," SANA said.
Israel's air force has repeatedly carried out attacks on Syria since start of the Syrian crisis in 2011. (end) ab.rk
