KUWAIT, Oct 3 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable Monday to President of Germany Frank Walter Steinmeier congratulating him on the national day of his country.
