KUWAIT, Oct 2 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a congratulatory cable to President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari on his country's national day.
