KUWAIT, Sept 29 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Thursday a cable of congratulations from King Abdullah II, of Jordan, on the second anniversary of his coronation.
In his cable, King Abdullah II wished His Highness the Amir everlasting wellbeing, voicing hope for more progress and prosperity for Kuwait under his wise leadership.
He also expressed desire for further strengthening of the bilateral ties.
In a reply cable, His Highness the Amir thanked King Abdullah II for his kind sentiments, praising the exemplary historical relationship between the two sisterly countries.
He expressed best wishes for King Abdullah II and the sisterly kingdom of Jordan. (end)
