Nazaha: 2022 parliamentary elections "different"

The aforementioned statement to KUNA came through Head of Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Mohammad Al-Otaibi as polling is ongoing on Thursday. Ballot-casting, which opened at 08:00 am, is bound to close at 08:00 pm the same day.
The process of "rectification" manifested on ground with an "honorable" electoral process, away from discrepancies and offenses, Al-Otaibi noted.
On Nazaha's part, he said it stems from the political leadership's firm belief in the role civil society organizations contribute to the electoral process, hoping for a "transparent and honest" election results. (end) md.hb
