AMMAN, Sept 25 (KUNA) -- Souk Jara is a seasonal market event held in western Amman, Jordan, promoting traditional Jordanian goods and products.
From handcrafts to foodstuff, the market -- established in 2005 -- features products made by ordinary Jordanians families, which directly benefited from selling their goods.
The Souk Jara, held every Friday at the Rainbow Street in Amman, attracts around 14,000 people. (end) amn.gta
