Kuwait FM holds talks with Cape Verde counterpart

NEW YORK, Sept 23 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah received his Cape Verde counterpart Rui Alberto De Figueiredo on the fringes of the 77th United Nations General Assembly session on Friday.
