Kuwait Amir Representative meets US Chamber of Commerce members

NEW YORK, Sept 21 (KUNA) -- Representative of His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received Wednesday at his residence in New York City members of the US Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting was also attended by Kuwait Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah, Director General of the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Sheikh Dr. Mishal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Undersecretary of His Highness the Prime Minister's Diwan Sheikh Khaled Talal Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, Director of the Office of His Highness the Prime Minister Hamad Bader Al-Amer, Board Member and Managing Director of the Kuwait Investment Authority Ghanem Suleiman Al-Ghunaiman and Kuwait Ambassador to the United States Jasem Albudaiwi.
The meeting tackled the measures taken by Kuwait on commercial and credit facilities to create an attractive commercial and investment environment.
They also discussed the laws necessary to improve the business environment and enhance competativeness and investment opportunities. (end) msa.ibi
