KUWAIT, Aug 18 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable of condolences to President of China Xi Jinping, expressing his sorrow over the victims of the heavy rainfall, which hit the western province of Qinghai.
