RAMALLAH, Aug 14 (KUNA) -- The Israeli occupation police claimed that it arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting incident that resulted in the injury of eight Jewish settlers in Jerusalem, said a media source on Sunday.
The Israeli occupation Broadcasting Authority said that Amir Saidawi, 28, was taken into custody on the pretense of being the person behind the shooting incident occurring in the Western Wall adjacent to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The suspected gunman opened fire on a public transport vehicle before fleeing the scene to Silwan area south of Al-Aqsa. (pickup previous) nq.gta
