Iraq PM says dialogue is best solution to his country's current crisis

BAGHDAD, Aug 11 (KUNA) -- Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi said Thursday that his country is going through a difficult time and a real political problem, stressing that dialogue is the solution to the current crisis.
In a statement, the Iraqi prime minister noted that the current challenges were reflected in the performance of the government and all the institutions of the Iraqi state.
He also went on urging the political blocs to cooperate with the government to find a solution to the budget issue.
Al-Kadhimi expressed the government's readiness to help and play its role as an executive authority in accordance with the law. Iraq is witnessing a political tension with the sit-in of the Sadrist movement inside the House of Representatives, rejecting the efforts of the "coordination framework" to form a new government.
