KUWAIT, July 25 (KUNA) -- Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani on Monday phoned Kuwait's newly-appointed Prime Minister Rtd General Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah to congratulate him on his new post.
In his call, the Qatari Premier wished Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf best of luck and success in his duties.
For his part, Kuwaiti Premier thanked his Qatari counterpart for his good gesture which demonstrated the strong fraternal relations between the two nations.
He wished the two countries further progress and prosperity under their wise leaderships. (end)
