Russia disrupts Ukrainian attempt to hijack warplane

MOSCOW, July 25 (KUNA) -- Russia announced disrupting an Ukrainian attempt to recruit two Russian pilots with the aim of hijacking a Russian warplane.
Ukrainian intelligence members tried convincing the two pilots to hijack the plane and land it in Ukrainian-controlled lands with big money reward and the promise of granting their families European passports, Russia 24 TV quoted Russian security officials as saying on Monday.
