Indian space mission successfully launches three satellites of Singapore

NEW DELHI, June 30 (KUNA) -- Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) successfully launched three satellites owned by Singapore on Thursday.
The ISRO said in a statement that Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C53) successfully placed three Singapore-owned satellites into the desired orbit after blasting off from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Andhra Pradesh's Sriharikota.
The three satellites include DS-EO which is capable of providing high resolution imaging capability, Singapore's first small commercial satellite called NeuSAR capable of providing images 24 hours a day and in all weather conditions and SCOOB-I which is the first satellite developed as hands-on student training program from the Satellite Research Centre of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
