Stoltenberg discusses Finland and Sweden's NATO application with Erdogan

BRUSSELS, June 25 (KUNA) -- NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg Saturday in a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the application by Finland and Sweden to join the western military alliance.
"Good call with President Erdogan of our valued Ally Turkiye to discuss Finland and Sweden's NATO applications," Stoltenberg said on his tweeter message today.
"We agreed to continue the talks in Brussels and Madrid next week," he added.
