KUWAIT, June 24 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable to the Qatatri Amir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, congratulating him on the ninth anniversary of ascending the throne.
His highness praised the development, growth and great achievements that Qatar witnessed under the reign of Amir Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.
