KUWAIT, June 22 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah said Wednesday he assigned His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to give a speech on his behalf.
