AMMAN, Feb 25 (KUNA) -- Jordanian Information Minister Faisal Al-Shabboul on Friday acclaimed the full scale development in the State of Kuwait over six decades.
Al-Shabboul, who doubles as the government spokesperson, praised the Kuwait's achievements and its historic stances in support of Arab causes in a statement to KUNA in which he also congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah as well as the Kuwaiti people on the country's national days.
Kuwait's renaissance and accomplishments recorded over six decades made it distinguished in the Arab world and the whole globe, he said, lauding its keenness on overcoming challenges in the region for sake of justice and development.
He also expressed satisfaction at the level of the Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations that have become an example to be followed affirming the mutual keenness on enhancing these ties further in various sectors.
He also affirmed that the resolve to maintain the distinguished relations was in line with guidelines by King Abdullah II and His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. (end)
